Ephesus Tour:

ISTANBUL;
Very much enjoyed our tour with Dundar in Istanbul. Since we had already visited Topkapi Palace, we were able to spend extra time at other sights. Dundar was extremely knowledgeable and took plenty of time to give us historical background. The van and driver was very nice and exceeded our expectation.

EPHESUS:
We were fascinated by our visit to Ephesus. Ilker was able to get us into the terrace houses before the crowds arrived and helped us better understand the sights. Both he and the driver were very pleasant and professional. The lunch was delicious.

We very much enjoyed both of our days in Turkey.

Any apprehensions, we may have had in relation our booking, quickly evaporated when we were met by Naciye Otar (Nadia) on the docks.

She immediately made up feel confident and comfortable.  She was very articulate, highly intelligent and most informative throughout the trip and her knowledge was outstanding.

We had a wonderful time on our 2 day trip in Ephesus and Pamukkale.  The itinerary was well-thought out and at the right wonderful pace. Our guide was very knowledgeable in the archaeological sites with his extensive history knowledge and good English language. Our driver was very safe and friendly. The feedback would be for the 6-seater ran to rearrange the front row seats to face the front instead of facing each other for such a long road trip.

Turkey has been a revelation for me, totally unexpected. The size of country I hadn't realized. Ephesus was amazing and its excavation very beautifully done.

Our guide, Ilker, was delightful and knowledgeable. He showed us historical sites we asked for and then also honored our requests to see ceramics and leather.
Lunch was at a beautiful local restaurant that included traditional food, fresh fish & delicious melons.
Ilker drove us all over the areas & stopped so we could take pictures.

We had only 8 hours at port in Kusadasi after departing cruie ship. Ilker met us on time with a warm and welcoming smile, and a comfortable air conditioned car. Our day with him was spent touring Ephesus, The House of Mary, and the Church of Saint John.
